Following a request from Doutta Galla Aged Care Services, the Lions Club of Sunshine partnered with the Australian Lions Foundation to purchase the Wornack Aged Care Facility in Sunshine a Robot Coupe Blixer. This machine allows the staff at Wornack to provide nutritious, tasty and visually appealing meals for those residents that have difficulty consuming normal food. This greatly improves the quality of life of these residents by ensuring they enjoy their meals and are getting proper nutrition.
The Lions Club of Sunshine especially thanks the ALF for their support of this project.

Following a recent meeting it was decided that the Leo Club of Brimbank be formed. An executive was elected and the first meeting will be held on Monday 3rd March at Marian College, Glengala Road, Sunshine
The club consists of young people serving their community and seeking to make the world a better place. The age range is 18 to 30. If interested in joining or further info check Facebook – Leo Club of Brimbank.
